In App Store Connect terms, DJ Mix Deck is declared as Data Not Collected.
You choose audio files from your device using the standard iOS file picker. The app reads those files locally in order to play and analyse them. Audio is never uploaded, copied to a server, or shared with us or anyone else. Files you place in the app's own folder stay on your device and are removed when you delete the app.
The app makes no network requests. The only action that leaves the app is you tapping the AI Jingle Maker link, which opens your browser at aijinglemaker.com. Once your browser opens, the AIJingleMaker.com privacy policy applies to that visit.
The app's Info.plist declares a microphone usage description because the underlying audio engine includes microphone support that iOS requires every app using it to declare. DJ Mix Deck does not record. It never requests microphone access at runtime and has no recording feature.
The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.
Under the UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection in relation to personal data held about you. As we hold no personal data from app users, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct or erase. You are welcome to contact us to confirm this, and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
If a future version of the app introduces any feature that does handle personal data, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described here with a new date at the top.
