ElevenLabs is a voice platform, and a very good one. Type a script and you get a clean spoken file. But a DJ drop is more than a voice: it is the voice plus the rewind, the air horn, the riser and the impact, cut tight enough to fire over a mix.
In ElevenLabs you build that yourself. You generate the voice, generate or import each effect, and arrange them on the Studio timeline. That works if you enjoy production. If you just want the drop, it is several steps you do not need.
